Accredited Instructors Information


The International Fluid Power Society
Accredited Instructors have extensive practical backgrounds
in the field of fluid power combined with years of instructional
experience. Their ability for training or education benefits greatly
from real world experiences that directly relate to the material being
covered. All the instructors hold various levels of Fluid Power Society
Certification in addition to their Instructor Accreditation.
IFPS ACCREDITED INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Instructors who
wish to become Accredited Instructors must meet specific qualification
criteria. Accredited Instructors are then eligible to apply for
consideration as an IFPS Staff Instructor. Accredited Instructors are
also eligible to become Authorized Job Performance Test Proctors.
However, additional criteria and training apply.
Criteria for
Instructor Accreditation:

Five years
experience in Fluid Power, either in industry and/or in a formal
teaching/training position.

Professional Resume

Completion of an
IFPS Instructor Training Workshop
-
Successful
completion of at least one Certification Test before attending the ITW.
(for AI-AJPP you must hold a Mechanic or Technician Certification or
hold an HS or PS certification and pass a job performance test)

Membership, Certification and Accreditation
