Products/Service: Axles, transmissions, mixer drives, forklift drives, steering components, industrial drives - assembly service and remanufacturing sales.

ZF components are for the most part Mechanical and Hydro Dynamic.  The tour will be of the reman operations at Vernon Hills.  ZF remanufactures Off Highway and On Highway components, as well as the remanufacturing of Automatic, Manual, and Steering components for the automotive industry.  .

 

Our host is Mr. Martin Meissner: Marketing and Communications Manager for Non-Automotive and Aftermarket products for North America.

 

ZF Group worldwide is the 15th largest supplier to the automotive industry.

We have 117 locations worldwide in 22 countries. Worldwide. Revenues for 2002 were approximately 8 billion.

From I-94 exit at route 22 west.  Head west on 22 and turn right on route 21.  Turn left at the 2nd stoplight, and enter the “Corporate Woods” on Corporate Woods Ave.  Turn left on Hickory Hills Drive.
