- NOTES FROM THE PRESIDENT -
On September 19, 2000 twenty-six members and guests took part in one of the best activities our chapter has had so far, followed by a wrap up session and meeting at Chimi’s Mexican Restaurant. Although it took awhile to set this one up it was well worth it. Thank you, Steve Earl, for working so hard to make the arrangements. The personnel at FlightSafety were very excited to show off their facilities at the Broken Arrow plant. Please e-mail, or write Brian Critz and John Slish to let them know how much you appreciated their hospitality. Their numbers are: critz@ssd.fsi.com, and slish@ssd.fsi.com, or 2700 N. Hemlock Cir. Broken Arrow, Ok 74012.
The next meeting will be held November 14, 2000, at the OSU campus in Stillwater, Ok. (See the meeting notice). We are expecting a great multitude of members and guests to attend. The President of “ Fluid Power Society” Larry Kuziak will be our guest speaker. Larry is with Motion Industries out of Birmingham, AL. He will have a presentation and discussion on “National and Local chapter roles, and Industry Trends”. Plan once again for an exciting and informative packed event coming to our next meeting.
