Pneumatic compressor problem

A machine shop is using a compressor that has an output of 1300-CFM.  A maximum facility demand of 1500-CFM is needed for 20-seconds.  The initial working pressure is 90-psi.   The circuit pressure cannot drop blow 60-psi.   Please size the receiver that is needed for this application?

V= receiver size in cfm
T = time in sec
Qin = flow rate in

Qout = flow rate out
Pa= atmospheric pressure
P1 = initial working pressure
P2 = finial working pressure
Thank you,

Professor P.V.Btfsplk
