Our training and educational opportunities sharpen skills for mechanics, technicians, and specialists in the fluid power field and are designed to keep pace with changing fluid power and motion control technologies. In addition, many colleges and universities offer accredited fluid power programs.
We offer diverse of training workshops through
Scholarship Information - IFPS offers two $2,500 scholarships to high school seniors attending ABET-accredited colleges/universities that met certain criteria and used pneumatics in the design of their
FIRST Robots.

2011 Winners:
Each applicant submitted an application, an essay, two letters of recommendations, high school transcripts, and pictures of their
FIRST Robot. A panel of industry representatives from The
Fluid Power Educational Foundation (FPEF) Board of Trustees reviewed all applications. After careful analysis the FPEF Board announced the following winners:
- Kelly Dickie, attending North Carolina State University
- Benjamin Secora, attending University of Wisconsin
