Please join us for the IFPS 2013 Spring Meeting being held February 27 - March 2, 2013 at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk - Downtown, San Antonio, Texas.

In addition to committee and board meetings, optional tours of the Southwest Research Institute ($25) and a walking tour of The Alamo (free) is planned for Friday, March 1, 2013, and a night at the Howl At The Moon ($20 cash only) is planned for Wednesday, February 27th after the IFPS Welcome Reception.
 
A technical workshop "Hydrostatic Transmissions: Operation, Controls, and Applications” will be presented by Neil Skoog, CFPAI, on Saturday, March 2, 2013.

Registration Fees - Registration must be received by February 13, 2013 (after February 13, 2013, a $25 late fee will be applied.)
  • Delegate: $200.00 - waived for all IFPS Board Members (includes welcome reception, dinner, and business meetings)
  • Spouse/Companion: $150.00 (includes welcome reception and dinner)
  • Fun Night in Downtown San Antonio - Howl at the Moon: - $20 cash, paid at door, includes cover charge and 1 (up to $8) drink.
  • Optional Tour: Southwest Research Institute- $25.00
  • Walking Tour: The Alamo (free)
  • Technical Workshop: $150.00 (includes lunch)

Hotel reservations can be made online or by calling the Embassy Suites Riverwalk - Downtown directly at 210-226-9000 (Group discount code: IFP) A discount hotel rate of $167+ tax /night has been secured. Reservations must be made by February 1, 2013 to secure the discounted rate.
 

Technical Workshop
“Hydrostatic Transmissions: Operation, Controls, and Applications”

Saturday, March 2, 2013, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (lunch provided)
$150.00 includes lunch

Topics Include:
  • The differences between a typical closed circuit (Hydrostatic) and open circuit system
  • A review of components in the Hydrostatic circuit and their significance in operation
  • An evaluation of the different control options for various applications
  • Advantages and disadvantages of Hydrostatic systems
Accredited Instructors receive re-accreditation units for attending this workshop.
