The IFPS National Headquarters and Chapter 49 are pleased to host The Advantages of Chapter Membership Webinar scheduled for July 19th at 4 p.m. EST.
The webinar will include the benefits of:
- Attending and participating in the local chapter meetings
- Networking with other industry professionals
- Creating awareness of safe working practices
- Becoming a more valuable employee through IFPS Certification
The guest presenters from Chapter 49 are committee members Scott Gower and Gwyn O'Kane. The webinar will also include a segment from Richard Bullers the IFPS national co-coordinator and contact for the local Chapters.
This is a new and exciting venture combining the IFPS at both a national and local levels.

We have just received confirmation that JBT Aero Tech of Orlando has offered to host next meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 20th.

Job Performance for Mechanic & Technician
The Chapter will be offering a further review course from October 18th-20th 2012 at the 4H Building, Orange County Extension Services, 6021 S. Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812. Once again the course will be tutored and the exam proctored by Greg George.
Please note that this JP test is the basis for six (6) certifications including MHM, IHM, PM, MHT, IHT and PT. Each of the required written exams can be conducted separately at any of the IFPS Certification Testing Locations advertised on the ifps.org website.

Avoid crossing your hose lines and never clamp parallel high and low pressure hydraulic hoses together. The differential change in hose length during pressure cycles will result in a seesaw action that will damage both hoses.
